Took me three days & six attempts, via email, to finally get the dealership to quote me their bottom line price and when they did, the price was $678.00 higher than their price when I first contacted them. Their repeated apologies rang hollow as they continued to string me alone. Also, according to their sales associate, all their cars have an over priced ($898.00) sealant and glass etching fee you must pay. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone!
Service appointment time means absolutely nothing. Can’t blame it on the service rep or the technician because it has to do with management. Why else would you wait 2 hours after appointment time before vehicle is even looked at? They know that you are there waiting for your truck but it just doesn’t matter. Next new vehicle will be bought from dealership with a better service department.
8:30 oil change appt. It is 11:06 and I'm still here waiting. Why even make appointments if you can't honor them. Pitiful way to do business.
I bought a 2023 Corvette Z06 from them. Was on the"list" for about 7 months. Not bad to get a Z06! Delivery went smoothly. They kept me informed thought the whole process. Unlike a lot of other dealers out there they didn't take advantage of me or there other customers with "market" pricing markups. Love dealing with an honest dealership!
